iTexico, an Improving company, has been recognized for the second consecutive year by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) as a top workplace for the LGBT community in Mexico, scoring 100 percent on the organization’s annual Corporate Equality Index (CEI).
This recognition is indicative of iTexico, an Improving company's commitment to equality and adoption of critical policies and practices to protect all our employees, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression.

The Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI) is the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices and benefits pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer employees.
The current criteria for the 2021 CEI includes:
- Workforce protections for all sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions
- Inclusive benefits, medical and soft
- Supporting an inclusive culture and corporate social responsibility
